Liability for contents

As a service provider we are responsible according to § 7 Abs.1 TMG for our own contents on these pages according to the general laws. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general laws remain unaffected by this. However, liability in this respect is only possible from the time of knowledge of a concrete violation of the law. As soon as we become aware of such infringements, we will remove the content immediately.

Liability for links

Our offer contains links to external websites of third parties, on whose contents we have no influence. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for these external contents. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the contents of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal infringements at the time of linking. Illegal contents were not recognisable at the time of linking. A permanent control of the contents of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of an infringement. As soon as we become aware of any legal infringements, we will remove such links immediately.

The contents and works on these pages created by the site operators are subject to German copyright law. Duplication, processing, distribution and any form of commercialization of such material beyond the scope of the copyright law shall require the prior written consent of its respective author or creator. Downloads and copies of these pages are only permitted for private, non-commercial use. Insofar as the content on this site was not created by the operator, the copyrights of third parties are respected. In particular, contents of third parties are marked as such. Should you nevertheless become aware of a copyright infringement, please inform us accordingly. As soon as we become aware of any infringements, we will remove such content immediately.

Legal validity of this disclaimer

This disclaimer is to be regarded as part of the internet publication which you were referred from. If sections or individual terms of this statement are not legal or correct, the content or validity of the other parts remain uninfluenced by this fact.

Subscription to our newsletter

On our website, users are given the opportunity to subscribe to one or more newsletters. As newsletter system the system of  the data kulturlink ag (Berlin) is used. The so-called double-optin procedure is used here for legally secure and data protection-compliant design. The potential recipient first receives an e-mail with a confirmation link. Only after confirmation is the address added to the mailing list. You can revoke your consent to the storage of your data and the use of your address for sending the newsletter via the "Unsubscribe link" at the end of each newsletter. Further information can be found here: Which personal data is transferred to the person responsible for processing when ordering the newsletter can be seen from the input mask used for this purpose. When you register for the newsletter, we also store the IP address assigned by the Internet Service Provider (ISP) to the computer system used by the person concerned at the time of registration, as well as the date and time of registration. The collection of this data is necessary in order to be able to trace the (possible) misuse of the e-mail address of a person concerned at a later point in time and therefore serves to legally safeguard the person responsible for the processing. The personal data collected as part of a newsletter registration will only be used to send our newsletter. Furthermore, subscribers to the newsletter may be informed by e-mail if this is necessary for the operation of the newsletter service or registration, as might be the case in the event of changes to the newsletter offer or changes to the technical conditions. The personal data collected as part of the newsletter service will not be passed on to third parties. For the tracking of opening and click rates, we use so-called tracking codes in the newsletter (but not in the system mails for subscribing and unsubscribing) in order to record the opening of the newsletter and the calling up of web links. The recording is carried out in a pseudoynmised storage process by replacing all personal data (e.g. e-mail address) with an identification number (pseudonym). This means that we do not store any personal data together with usage data such as the opening of newsletters or calling up web links. It is also ensured that this data cannot be merged at a later date. If you as the recipient wish to object to this pseudoynmised tracking, you can unsubscribe from the list via the opt-out link at the end of each newsletter.
