Opening of the Galeriefest on Friday 17 May at 19 hrs at the Museum of Sepulchral Culture

For the seventh time, doors and gates will open along Frankfurter Strasse to the gallery festival, leading to unconventional exhibition spaces and to the already existing art and cultural venues, which offer visitors new, interesting and perhaps also controversial insights into and views of contemporary artistic positions.

On this occasion, Michel Gockel is showing a selection of his works at the Museum für Sepulkralkultur, which deal with death in various facets.

Using humour, Michel Gockel attempts to trace reality and counter it with a new, more fragile image.
